A twenty-minute tune-up twice a year catches the wear that turns into a six-a.m. spring failure. It's the cheapest visit we do and the one that prevents the rest.
We treat maintenance visits with the same thoroughness as a diagnostic repair call.
We disconnect the opener and lift the door by hand to verify it holds position, the real test of proper spring balance.
Springs, hinges, rollers, and tracks get properly lubricated, and all hardware is checked for proper torque.
We provide the same level of documentation on a maintenance visit as we would on a repair.
Whatever brought you here, one of these service lines is the fix, and one call gets a technician moving.
A full mechanical check and lubrication service recommended twice a year to catch wear before it becomes a failure.
We verify spring balance with the opener disconnected, then adjust opener force and limit settings to match.
Loose bolts, worn brackets, and hinge wear are checked and corrected as part of a full safety pass.
Springs, hinges, rollers, and track get lubricated with the correct product for each component, not a one-size-fits-all spray.
Replacing a near-failure part during routine maintenance avoids the cost and inconvenience of an emergency call later.

Technicians arrive with lubrication supplies and common replacement parts in case something needs immediate attention.
You'll see a written summary of findings before agreeing to any additional work.
Maintenance completed, door tested, and a written condition report provided before we leave.
“Balance test showed the spring was getting weak. Glad we replaced it before it failed completely.”
“Appreciated the written report showing exactly what was checked and what's in good shape.”
“Caught a loose bracket during the hardware check that we never would have noticed ourselves.”
Annual maintenance is the minimum; twice a year is better for doors used multiple times daily.
The visit covers everything from spring balance to opener safety-reverse testing.
We'll flag any spring showing signs of fatigue well before it becomes an emergency.
Yes, many issues develop gradually and aren't obvious until they cause a failure. Maintenance catches them early.
Maintenance visits are priced as a flat rate, confirmed before scheduling, separate from any additional repair found.
Any issue found gets documented in the written report along with a clear cost estimate.
Same-day dispatch, upfront pricing, and a written warranty on every visit.
